Creating Your Background

When creating my background I had to look at my storyboards to see what the background looked like. Once I knew I wanted a garden/ outdoors I thought of the different ways in which I could create this. First I thought of taking a picture of a garden but after some more thought photoshop came up. I used photoshop to create a background. In photoshop they have a grass tool which allows me to make grass, I chose the right colour and created my grass. Then I used brusheezy to find a cloud and a tree to add to my background. I created a blue sky by colouring in the rest of my background and added in my cloud over the blue background. In my storyboards I had no tree but when thinking about the Ident as a whole I thought of an idea where I needed a tree, therefore I changed my plan to help my idea develop. Looking at my background I was happy with it and as a whole it will make the background fit the brief. I found looking for a cloud that looks good on my background was quite hard because it was difficult to get on ethe right size and colour.
